Students from the International University Travnik in Lithuania
In accordance with the signed Inter-institutional agreements under the Erasmus + Mobility Program with universities from the European Union, in the spring semester 2016/17 academic year, students from the Faculty of Economics at the International University Travnik will be staying at two different universities in Lithuania.
Lejla Mušik, student of the second year and Lamija Rizvić, students of the third year of the Faculty of Economics Travnik arrived on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. in Kaunas, Lithuania, where she will attend the summer semester at the Kaunas Faculty of Vilnius University.
Also, on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Ramiz Kopčić and Irfan Mandžuka, students of the fourth year of the Faculty of Economics arrived in Vilnius, Lithuania. They will listen to the summer semester at Kazimieras Simonavičius University in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Together with students from Turkey, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, France, Italy and other countries that have also come to this faculty within the Erasmus + Mobility Program, they are organized for getting acquainted and visiting the city, and they are located in student dormitories.
In this way, students from the Faculty of Economics in Travnik will have the opportunity to listen to and take courses at faculties in Lithuania, exchange experiences and knowledge, get to know the culture of Lithuania and get acquainted with students from different countries of Europe and the world.
The Erasmus + program seeks to achieve synergy and stimulation in various fields of education, training and youth, eliminating artificial boundaries between different activities and types of projects, developing new ideas, attracting new stakeholders from the business world and civil society and encouraging new forms of cooperation.
International University Travnik, as a university that is an integral part of the European and world framework of higher education precisely in this form of internationalization, places itself on top of the level of success with the aim of training students with the aim of developing awareness of the community within Bosnia and Herzegovina’s approximation to the European Union and within such forms of cooperation as desire, but also the goal of all positive social hopes of these areas.
