The visionary expectations of Rector of IUT, an Academician, Prof. Dr Ibrahim Jusufranić, its further methodological molding gets through the internationalization of the teaching and scientific research objectives also within the signed Memorandum of Understanding with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland from 19.10.2016.
The international scientific cooperation will be shaped through the implementation of joint research cooperation of scientific interest to both sides; exchange of experience between the Faculty members; exchange of publications and books, along with other scientific literature; exchange of academic staff and students as well as the joint organization of scientific events.
On behalf of the State University of Nicolaus Copernicus, the Memorandum was signed by Prof. hab. Andrzej Tretyn and just after its signing, IUT has approached to the initiative of the implementation of agreed methodological guidelines. Coordinator for the international relations of IUT, Assist. Prof. Sabahudin Hadžialić had a meeting in Torun, on 20.10.2016.g., with Dr. hab. Piotr Petrykowski, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Deputy Dean, Prof. Dr Dorota Siemieniecka during which have been talks about details of the upcoming implementation of the Inter-institutional agreement in the framework of the Erasmus + program, publication of joint publications, cooperation on scientific research projects as a logical sequence of the just signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NCU. At the same time, the conversation was conducted with Martha Wisniewski, a representative of the International Program Office of NCU, and which is related to the preparation and implementation of the Inter-institutional agreement with other faculties of this prestigious university in Poland.
