Legal Advisor of Hague Tribunal held a lecture at the International University Travnik
Legal Advisor from the Prosecution of the Hague Tribunal, Aleksandar Kontić, held lectures for students of the Law Faculty of the International University Travnik, on Thursday, 09.11.2017. on the theme “Joint criminal enterprise (JCE)” and “Advocacy in front of the Tribunal – Rules, Practice and Experience” within the project “Outreach program” for young people throughout the region,
The students showed great interest in the topics and raised questions related to the proceedings conducted in front of the ICTY. Lectures within this format have been good for students of the Law Faculty because it is in legal and professionally structured way conducted, and in the same time, the students of this faculty have a different breakthrough towards this topic, and they are interested in the essence of things, technical details, with the interest of improving their knowledge.
