Ceremonial promotion of doctoral students, masters and graduates of the International University Travnik

Dear doctoral students, masters and graduates,

We are honored and pleased to inform you that the ceremonial promotion of doctoral students, masters and graduates of the International University Travnik in Travnik for the academic year 2018/2019. year will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the amphitheater of the International University of Travnik. Since there is a large number of graduates, masters and doctoral students, this year the promotion and awarding of diplomas will be organized in two terms.

In the first term at 11:00, diplomas will be awarded to doctoral students (all faculties), masters (all faculties) and graduates of only the FACULTY OF POLYTECHNICAL SCIENCES TRAVNIK.

In the second term at 14:00, diplomas will be awarded to graduates of other faculties (Faculty of Law Travnik, Faculty of Ecology Travnik, Faculty of Media and Communications Travnik, Faculty of Economics Travnik, Faculty of Transport Travnik and Faculty of Information Technology Travnik).

PROTOCOL OF THE CEREMONIAL PROMOTION OF DOCTORAL STUDENTS, MASTERS AND GRADUATES:

SATURDAY, October 5, 2019 – International University in Travnik

I TERM:

– 09:00 – 10:30 arrival of doctoral students (all faculties), masters (all faculties) and graduates only of the Faculty of Polytechnic Sciences Travnik (introduction to the protocol and taking it over),

– 11:00 – ceremonial promotion of doctoral students, masters and graduates.

II TERM:
– 13:00 – 13:30 – arrival of graduates (Faculty of Law Travnik, Faculty of Ecology Travnik, Faculty of Media and Communications Travnik, Faculty of Economics Travnik, Faculty of Transportation Travnik and Faculty of Information Technology Travnik) – introduction to the protocol and download it,

– 14:00 – graduation ceremony.

All additional information and notices can be obtained at your student services before the event. Please follow the protocol of the program because compliance with the rules is a prerequisite for the promotion to be realized in a dignified and organized manner.
